Ergodinamica will not be liable in case of temporary interruptions of the service, delays or malfunction of the service whose origin is foreign to it or due to a fraudulent or culpable action by the User, or due to force majeure.
In any case, Centro de Ergodinamica will not assume any responsibility for direct or indirect damages, consequential damages and / or loss of profits.
When third-party websites or associated brands can be accessed through search engines or links, Centro de Ergodinamica acts as a provider of intermediation services in accordance with article 17 of Law 32/2002, of July 12, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
5. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
In all cases that may involve a conflict that leads to a litigation situation that affects the Web portal, it will be governed and subject to current Spanish legislation, being competent for the resolution of all conflicts arising or related to the use of this web portal, the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
